Coming from Canada to Turkey was no easy decision, but Beret was always there to answer all my questions before hand, and be there during the entire process. I had a rhinoplasty and a septoplasty done. My nose looks as planned, and everything regarding the surgery and, e.g., transportation in Turkey went well. I was referred by a friend who had the same surgery I had. Beret was the arranger/translator, he was professional and informative with all the questions I asked, he would answer my emails/texts promptly. My surgeon was Dr Ezra, she was also very professional and a perfectionist which I think is essential in her specialty. The hospital was clean and the nurses as helpful as they could be even with the obvious language barrier . Over all now post op I’m recovering well, with no signs of infection and with the result I wanted .

I’ll be honest, I was very nervous about traveling to Turkey alone for surgery, but Berat and his team ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. He communicated with me before travel and after surgery just to check in and see how I was doing and if I needed anything. Dr. Ezra is phenomenal and really listened to my requests and so far my nose looks just like the mock-up she created for me. I would recommend this experience to anyone! 

I got a Rhinoplasty done by Dr. Esra Bilgen and I could not be happier with the experience and results. It's only 10 days past op but so far everything looks amazing. I was really worried before travelling to Turkey but Patient Coordinator Berat was beyond amazing and answered all of my questions, had everything arranged, checked up on me post surgery and was always available. I could not be happier with the excellent service he provided throughout my stay in Istanbul. I'm extremely impressed, I could not recommend TravelMedi enough!! 

Everything was handled really well, from the pre surgery consultation, to the actual surgery and hospital care, the post op aftercare. The online support before, during, after the surgery has also been great. 

I had the perfect experience with Travelmedi. It was definitely scary to book plastic surgery in another country (I came to Turkey from the USA) but travelmedi has it down to an art. I was in south a good hands! The Staff was so incredibly helpful and god art there Jobb. The hotel that they booked was awesome. The best of my Visit in Istanbul was the result, good sleep, staff, the Doktor and of corset Mr. Berat ho was my travel insistent Berat  

That was aweseome experience. I felt safe already from the start! The assistant helped what ever needed and was so competent! transportation was always on schedule! My operation went perfectly, my surgeon has so skillful. Besiktas is beautiful part of istanbul!  

I had a great experience with TravelMEDI. Very professional and such great service, I can’t fault the team/experience at all. Berat is absolutely amazing - so helpful and always available and Dr Esra is superb in her field. It’s early days but I’m so pleased with my mastopexy (breast lift) results.
