Fat Injection
Fat injection, also known as lipo injection, is a treatment which consists of extracting body fat from a certain area, processing that extracted fat, and injecting it back to other areas in order to increase the skin quality and use it as a filler.
In which body parts can fat be injected?

Breast augmentation with fat injection
If the patient does not want to have them very bigger, it is possible to enlarge the breasts a certain amount with fat injection, provided that the patient has excess fat around belly or waist to be extracted. In this way, patient both gets rid of the excess fat, and have bigger breasts. It can be repeated as a second session 1 year after.
Butt augmentation with fat injection

Penile girth enhancement with fat injection (Penis enlargement)
Those who are not happy with the size of their penises can have a penis enlargement with fat injection. It is performed under general anesthesia and takes nearly 1 hour. Surgeon extracts excess fat from belly or butt area and this extracted fat is centrifuged. Richer and beneficial part of separated fat is injected back into the penis in order to make it larger or thicker. Patient does not need to stay in the hospital afterwards. He can return to his normal life 2-3 days after. It is not recommended to have a sexual intercourse before completing the first month. After the surgery, not all the injected fat can stay permanently in the penis. This amount is usually 40%. Through this procedure, penis can get maximum 2.5 cm larger. If wanted, it is possible to do another session 6 months after.
Recovery after fat injection
After the fat injection surgery, there is no scar left in the fat extracted area, nor in the injected area. Patient may have slight swelling and edema in the first few days which is very normal. After 1 week all the swelling will disappear. We have to wait for 6 months to see the final results. Why? Because a certain amount of injected fat will be burnt and absorbed by the body. After 6 months, the amount of fat left in the injected area will be permanent.
