To ensure patient safety and operational consistency, TravelMedi evaluates professionals and institutions through a structured internal review framework. Providers are not selected randomly; applications are assessed against established standards before onboarding.
Evaluation dimensions commonly include:
- Credentials & authorization verification (licensing, scope, legal eligibility)
- Patient safety standards and clinical protocols
- Facility readiness and infrastructure suitability (where applicable)
- Communication & coordination discipline (response times, documentation, continuity)
- Transparency & ethical positioning (realistic expectations, compliant messaging)
- Service consistency and operational reliability
Only applicants meeting a defined internal threshold proceed to the final selection stage. Criteria and thresholds may vary by specialty and scope of service.
